Gas station refunds
It is acceptable to seek refunds after making payments with your Cash App Pay. However, you will request the refund from the gas station and not Cash App.
If the gas station decides to offer a refund, it can take up to 10 business days for Cash App to receive the refund. Cash App will then refund the money to your original source of payment.
If you have waited for up to 14 days without a refund, contact the gas station directly. If the refund has been issued but not showing in your Cash App, contact Cash App to resolve the issue.
